Programs for Every Age
Why Parents Choose Ashford
Owned and run by a Schaumburg family
Aman and the Ashford team are in the building every day. When you have a question about your child, you talk to the people who make the decisions, not a regional office.
A written plan for every age
Each classroom follows a weekly lesson plan built around language, early math, motor skills and social growth. Your child's teacher keeps a portfolio you will see at conferences twice a year.
You will know how the day went
Photos, meals, naps and notes arrive in our parent app during the day. Teachers are at the door at pickup, and the director answers the phone.
Safe by design
One monitored entrance with keypad codes, photo ID for anyone not on your pickup list, and staff who are background checked and CPR certified before their first day.
Classrooms built for small children
Natural light, low shelves, child-height sinks, a separate sleep room for infants, and materials chosen for each age group.
Small enough to know every family
We keep enrollment small so the director knows every child by name and every parent by schedule.
What Your Child Will Learn
Each classroom follows a weekly plan written by the teacher and reviewed by the director. The plan covers five areas, and in Pre-K it follows the Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards.

Keeping Your Child Safe
There is one entrance for families and it is locked all day. Parents use a personal keypad code. Anyone else rings the bell, shows photo ID and is walked through the building by staff.
You give us a list of who may pick up your child. Anyone we do not know shows ID against that list before your child leaves the room. Every employee is fingerprinted and cleared through Illinois DCFS and holds Pediatric CPR and First Aid.
If your child bumps a head or runs a fever, the director calls you. Not a note in an app, a phone call.
