Most families go from first email to first day in one to two weeks. Here is what happens in between.

Request information
Tell us your child's age and when you need care to start. We will email you the tuition sheet and current openings, usually the same day.

Tour Ashford
Tours take about 30 minutes. You will see every classroom, meet the teachers and the owners, and can bring your child.

Choose your program
We confirm the classroom, the schedule (two, three or five days) and a start date.

Complete enrollment
Sign the enrollment agreement, return the Illinois health and immunization forms, and pay the registration fee. That holds your spot.

Welcome to Ashford
We schedule two short visits before the first full day so your child meets the teacher and learns the room. Then the daily updates begin.
Tuition
Tuition depends on your child's age and whether they attend two, three or five days a week. Request information and we will email the current tuition sheet. There is a sibling discount, and founding families receive a discount we will explain when you ask.

Schedules
Two-day, three-day and five-day schedules are available in every room, subject to openings. We are open 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and there is no extra charge for early drop-off or late pickup within those hours.

Enrollment Questions
What ages do you take?
Six weeks through five years old. Our rooms are Infants (6 weeks to 14 months), Toddlers (15 to 23 months), Early Preschool (2 years old), Preschool (3 years old), Pre-Kindergarten (4 years old) and Kindergarten (5 years old). Summer Camp is for children 2 to 5.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We are open year round and close for major holidays and two staff training days a year. The calendar is in your enrollment packet.
How much is tuition?
